"The concept I love most about PowerSites is that folks can find out all the basic information about a property at their leisure – no waiting for a call back from an agent, no running around picking up flyers, etc.
And as an agent, what is exciting about this concept is that when I do get a call on a property – I know this is a very serious lead. They are not needing square footage, school district, etc. They know all those things and are ready to take the next step.
For sellers, I think it is great because they can tell neighbors, friends, family about the website – how easy is that to pass around instead of trying to keep up with flyers, etc.?
